Updates @ Sunday, December 12, 2010
To keep a long story short, NEW BANNER. I've added Lionell's version of the banner in (finally), and the three banners will rotate in order every five seconds.
And where (and when) is our outing?!

Google Groups @ Wednesday, October 20, 2010
Hey Endurians, please join our Google Group here and allow the group to send you emails. It will be used to deliver messages and updates. Hopefully, we will be able to deliver these messages faster and get your response as soon as possible to aid in the organising or whatever that is being done.
Thanks in advance. Spread to other Endurians too!
Update: Forget about Google Groups. Facebook has a new Groups system and it's working out fine. Join that instead.

Couple of Matters @ Wednesday, September 1, 2010
Okay, a couple of things to say today.
1. New Blogskin
2. Teachers' Day Gathering
3. Facebook Group Matters
4. Teachers' Day Montage
5. Particulars Roundup
6. EOY Class Outing
7. Class Tee
Firstly, new blog skin. I guess this is the most obvious change for now. Do comment! (:
About Teachers' Day gathering yesterday, I suppose it went fine.
Every problem can be blamed on the school for their stupid restrictive rules.
I'm sure most of us know the existence of our class' Facebook group, WDP 6 Endurance 08. We will be communicating more often through that platform, so get your latest news and class updates from both this blog and the group! Simply put, check our class blog and group more often. (You can find the link to our Facebook group under the ETC section of the Links page.)
Although we were unable to film the Teachers' Day Montage on time, we will still carry on with this mini-project because we want to show our gratitude to all our teachers and ex-principal for all their help in our first six years, so this will not be affected by the new principal's stupid ideas. We will get all the videos filmed and ready during the EOY Class Outing. If you guys want to put up a mini-skit (a.k.a. a short story), I'm fine with it too. Just let me know early enough to write the script. The montage will be done for Teachers' Day 2011.
To facilitate communication and contact between Endurians (especially when gathering information for class outings), we will be compiling the contact numbers/email addresses of all Endurians. Please do contribute by approaching Yue Jun through either Facebook, SMS or MSN! :D
Now, we reach the last two exciting points.
Class outing this EOY (Nov/Dec period) must be planned beforehand, else it will remain a dream and all our outings will be at Miss Lee's house. Soon, there will be a platform to indicate your choices and preferences. Let us work together to organise a successful outing this year.
Lastly, Class Tee. If enough people are okay and are willing to purchase, I'd start on the design. Similar to above, more information to come. For now, indicate your stand in the tagboard.

Teachers' Day Plan @ Friday, August 27, 2010
Here we go. Everything is tentative!
We know that not all schools let their students off early to return to their primary schools.
We also know that the new principal is so nice and has hence decided to adhere to the tradition of opening a huge, mega area in our school for us to enter during long, flexible visiting hours.
So here's the great deal we have.
We can enter the Art Room from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. We can even enter both Art Rooms! Isn't that great?
And in response to this great deal, we have a bargain plan. I know that it's impossible to ask everyone to boycott the whole thing because some people just won't listen. So we might as well go in and see the teachers. (Who cares about the new principal.)
Same procedure, people.
Last year we had Plan A and B. Plan A was Tekong and Plan B was movies. People ignored Plan B, then it rained. Nothing came out of it.
So this year, we will only have one plan, and this plan will cover the wet-weather plan too. Lionell suggests we go and catch a movie. We can catch one after 3.30pm or earlier. Show and showtime to be decided again on the day itself. Do bring extra cash if you're planning to tag along.
Anyone who objects can just do whatever they want with other groups of people.
After all, every since we parted two years ago, the class has been broken up. No one cares anymore. I still don't know why me and Clarissa are trying so hard when almost everyone else is either "heck care", "don't know about this" or gone from the face of the Earth.
If you're not, which I know some of you aren't, then thank you very much. We appreciate it.
While it might be a little late, I'll still like to thank the 8 people who turned up during Clarissa's movie outing in June, despite it being kinda rush. Thank you, Edina, Huilynn, Aaron, Yung Shen, Lionell, Shameel, Kai Yin... and one more guy I forgot (sorry).

Teachers' Day Video Montage [Finalised] @ Monday, August 23, 2010
We're going to do something special for Teachers' Day this year.Last year's "Wish Them First (WTF)" dedication board was a total failure.
No teacher saw it, and someone destroyed the whole board.
So this year, we will produce something that no one can destroy.
A video montage. Dedications made personally. Edited into a video. Uploaded to YouTube. For all Woodlands Primary teachers, even cleaners, ex-principal, Mdm Ong (;D) and... that's all.
We will meet up this Saturday (28th August 2010) at around 5pm [Details to be finalized. Please check again on Friday, latest by 9pm.] to film the video together. If you cannot make it, we hope that you at least take your own video (or get some Endurians to take together) and send it to whyjayxp[at]hotmail.com, latest by Saturday, 2359hrs (+8 GMT).
We also welcome pictures that you have taken from 2003 to 2008, so do contribute if you have any by sending them to whyjayxp[at]hotmail.com as well.
We hope everyone can contribute and make this the most memorable video montage for us and the teachers.

Teachers' Day Video Montage @ Sunday, July 25, 2010
HEY. LOOK HERE!
ENDURIANS AND EX-WOODLANDERS!
Now I get your attention.
We're going to do something special for Teachers' Day this year.
Last year's "Wish Them First (WTF)" dedication board was a total failure.
No teacher saw it, and someone destroyed the whole board.
So this year, we will produce something that no one can destroy.
A video montage. Dedications made personally. Edited into a video. Uploaded to YouTube. For all Woodlands Primary teachers, even cleaners, ex-principal, Mdm Ong (;D) and... that's all.
We'll be compiling pictures of the past too, to safe keep as memories. This will be the best and most memorable video for all ex-Woodlanders.
BUT here's the catch. This is only available for ex-Woodlanders who graduated in 2008 or 2009.
So what can you do? If you want to contribute, there are lots of things you can do.
FOR EX-WOODLANDERS:
Get some friends or do this alone: Take a video of yourself/friends and make your dedications in person. Send them to whyjayxp[at]hotmail.com with the subject of 'WDP Teachers' Day Video Montage' and state your name and class (and year 2008 or 2009). Do not edit the video - we will edit it when we compile them.
Also, if you have pictures of the past, please contribute them to our video montage too by sending them to whyjayxp[at]hotmail.com with the subject of 'WDP Teachers' Day Video Photos' and state your name and class (and year 2008 or 2009). Your name will be put in the credits.
FOR ENDURIANS:
We will be meeting up over lunch within this two weeks to get the filming done as a class! The actual date will be released through our 6 Endurance 08 MSN chatroom and through this blog, so do check back often.
Note that you can also submit the pictures/self-videos as stated under the "For Ex-Woodlanders" part. The more the merrier!
Please do not include any non-ex-Woodlanders in the videos or pictures.
We hope everyone can contribute and make this the most memorable video montage for us and the teachers.
